If you Google for &#039;is salt good for you&#039; and &#039;is salt bad for you&#039; you will find a thousand different scientific papers and studies showing that salt is good for you for a hundred different reasons, and that salt is bad for you for a hundred more. There really does not seem to be a clear consensus.

I believe that salt, like pretty much everything else, is good for you in moderation.</description>
