		<description>I had a bit of a seasonal barbecue the other day, or at least the vegetable side of it - baby aubergines straight on the grill, then split and a dash of olive oil and balsamic and a sprinkling of fresh chives inside. Fabulous.
Spring onions, asparagus and peppers also work straight on the grill, alongside lamb, which was the nearest I could think of to a July meat.</description>
